Unused Credits:

Any unused credit in your account expires after one year and cannot be carried over to the next year.

Unused Free First-Hour Service Call:

The free first-hour service call expires after one year of activation and cannot be rolled over. It will be automatically applied to your first service booking within your current 12-month subscription. This service call has no cash value.

Device Repair Discounts:

Each device repair receives a maximum discount of $20. This discount cannot be redeemed for cash. The total discount value for device repairs is $100 per 12-month subscription and cannot be rolled over to a new subscription or upon renewal.

On-site Service Discounts:

Save up to $31 on standard on-site service calls! Our standard rate is $110 per hour, but you’ll receive a maximum discount of $31 per service call. This discount cannot be redeemed for cash. The total discount value for on-site services is $220 per 12-month subscription and cannot be rolled over to a new subscription or upon renewal.

Service Call Duration:

All service calls are limited to 1 hour. Any additional time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Standard and After-Hour Business Hours:

Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

After-Hours & Weekend Rates:

Weekdays (Mon-Sat): Service calls outside of standard business hours incur a 150% surcharge on our standard hourly rate.
Sundays: Service calls outside of standard business hours incur a 175% surcharge on our standard hourly rate.
Public Holidays: Service calls outside of standard business hours incur a 250% surcharge on our standard hourly rate.

Limited First Call Out and Non-Refund Policy:

Your annual subscription fee is covered by the $110 (GST inclusive) fee for your first call out.
Your subscription includes the benefit of one (1) free service call (the “First Call Out”), available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Calls made outside these hours may incur additional surcharges and penalty rates as applied according to Australian workplace laws.
The First Call Out is limited to a maximum of one hour for the entire 12-month subscription period and excludes any hardware and software purchases.
Resolution of the issue may require additional services, which are not included in the subscription and will be billed separately.
By utilizing the First Call Out, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription fee becomes non-refundable after the First Call Out is completed, regardless of whether the issue is fully resolved during the call.
You are entitled to cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. However, the cancellation will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle, including the non-refundable portion associated with the utilized First Call Out.

Requirements to Earn Commissions:

You must have an active home care subscription to be a partner.

Commission Rate:

You will earn a 10% commission on every job booked and paid for by your family or friends referrals.

Earning Window:

You will only earn commission on the 7th user you sign up and onwards, excluding your first 6 referrals signups.

If someone signs up under another partner, only that first partner will earn the commission.

Payout:

You will receive an automatic payout to your PayPal or Stripe account once your earnings reach $100.

Keep in mind that PayPal and Stripe may charge their own fees on the transactions.

1. Requesting Inspection:
– Contact your local IT mates’ service agent to inspect your device or visit your local IT Mates’ service depot.

2. Advanced Diagnosis:
– Your IT mates’ service agent may send the device to our repair center for additional troubleshooting to provide an accurate quote at no cost to you. The step is to diagnose the complex and underlying problem with your device. This involves examining your device to determine the root cause of the issue.

3A. Free Quote:
– Your IT Mates will provide a free quote for your device repair. This includes outlining the steps and/or parts needed to fix the problem and the cost associated with the repair.

3B. Declining the Quote:
– If the quote is declined, Your IT Mates’ local service agent will return the device to you at no cost (Note for northern suburbs only).

4. Repair Process:
– If the quote is accepted, Your IT Mates will proceed with your repair. If parts need to be replaced, the technician will do so to restore your device to its functioning state. They will carefully remove any damaged or broken components, replace them with new ones, and test your device to ensure it’s functioning correctly.

5. Quality Control:
– After the repair has been completed, another technician will perform a series of quality control tests to ensure that your device is working correctly and meeting the required standards.

6. Device Return:
– Your IT Mate’s local service agent will return the repaired device to you or you can pick it up from the local service depot.

7. Payment:
– Payment for the service can be made after the repair process is complete.
